Below is a post Body Attack selfie taken last Friday – I am currently trying to lean down for an upcoming photoshoot in 2.5 weeks and feeling okay about how it’s going… But I know it could be better. Wanted to be honest and let you know the cold weather, long days and constant temptation of amazing Christmas food (I am obsessed with everything Christmas ) do get the better of me sometimes. I may be a PT but I’m not perfect!
However I do have a plan – training and nutrition to get me where I’d ideally like to be by the time the shoot rolls around. Since I asked via my Instagram and Facebook pages if you’d be interested in hearing my Pre-Christmas Get Lean tips and tricks then I’ve had an overwhelming response – so I’m happy to announce that I am currently putting together a “Happy Hol-Lean-Days” plan with tips on exercises, training, nutrition and lifestyle to help you face the festive season feeling fit and strong.
Starting the first week of December I will bring you a tip a day – kind of like an advent calendar, but without the calories 😉 I will upload these every day to my social media pages and then post a complete guide here on the Blog too so you have everything in one place.
