Having seen the announcement today that the gorgeous model, dancer and blogger Danielle Peazer has joined the line up for this years’ Be:Fit London Fitness Festival reminded me of the fantastic day I spent with Danielle last year filming two workouts I had choreographed for her on behalf of the Icon UK YouTube channel. Icon asked me to create two short workouts that could be performed anywhere – one more resistance based and one more cardio based, and the results were these Total Body Shaper and HIIT Fat Burning Workout.
Imagine poor Danielle’s face when I demonstrated all of these moves and explained the techniques and benefits…. before stepping back and coaching her through it!
Why not give the workouts a go yourself – the Total Body Shaper requires a pair of dumb bells – light for beginners, heavier if you’re used to resistance training, and the HIIT workout just requires a little bit of space. For best results warm up before attempting either workout, and then work your way through three rounds, with a minute break in between.
