Having a weeknight off as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor is a sheer luxury – whilst most office workers are heading home, us fitness professionals are usually just getting started again, which is why when I do have an evening to myself I like to use it wisely, and this Thursday was no exception as I headed into Notting Hill to the brand new XINX activewear pop-up store launch.
Of course I got snapped just “hanging around” with the gorgeous Chessie King! Turns out we were in pretty good company as Chloe Madeley (one of my all time female fitness idols!), Lauren Pope, Kate Lawler and Vogue Williams were also in attendance to check out this brand new collection of male and female activewear in this beautiful space designed by Studio Boum (who have also created concept spaces for Selfridges, Libertys and Opening Ceremony). So what does the new XINX collection offer?
XINX (pronounced “Zinks” in case you were wondering) has been created for fitness enthusiasts who love to train hard – so I’d like to think of myself as their perfect target market! It has been created and designed by personal trainer Nick Jelley, who has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and so knows only too well how activewear has to perform in a gym environment. XINX wants its wearers to train their way, in their style, to reach their own personal fitness goals – whatever they may be and is encouraging followers to post photos of themselves in their XINX gear with the hashtag #TrainYourStyle.
The cuts are flattering, there are splashes of neon colours and best of all some animal print in their new collection – some of which is only available at the Ledbury Road Pop-Up store – which is open until 30th May 2016.
Check the collection out in this beautiful West London space, or indeed online at the XINX website or their Instagram: @XINXactivewear. After all, you’re in great company with some of these fitspo babes sporting pieces from the new collection across their social media!
Thanks XINX for having me, for a great night and congratulations on your beautiful concept store. Looking forward to rocking some snake print with a splash of neon very soon….
