I love being a part of the online fitness community – it is both motivating and inspiring to be a part of the journeys of so many like minded individuals. What is even better is getting to meet some of these bloggers/vloggers in person and earlier this year at the Charli Cohen catwalk show I was lucky enough to meet health, lifestyle and pilates blogger Lottie Murphy. So when Lottie announced she would be hosting a Sunday morning pilates class and brunch in central London I knew I had to go.
On Sunday 20th May myself and 11 other girls descended on Six3Nine in Covent Garden for Lottie’s event. A beautiful and functional Personal Training space, it was the perfect venue for a 50 minute “Body with Lottie Murphy” pilates class that worked our entire body and for me at least really pushed my flexibility and core strength.
