When you think of comforting, warming Winter desserts one dish comes to mind immediately – the traditional British Crumble! Whilst a regular version may pack a huge sugar punch, not to mention all that fat from the butter and custard, I’ve come up with a lighter, nutritious version, best enjoyed snuggled up on the sofa with the cold wind howling outside….
As you may know, a few weeks ago I got married, and for my big day I wanted to get my new husband a unique and personal wedding present he would never forget. As he didn’t wasn’t keen on the first dance tradition I started to think about how we could still incorporate this into our day whilst still giving him a surprise he would never forget and could remember forever…. which is how this video came about! I decided to recreate one of the most famous and most watched music videos of all time, Eric Prydz “Call on Me” – but replace the blonde instructor and male participant with me and one of my fantastic actor friends playing my fiancé! The “class” in the video is made up of our fantastic friends and we had a ball shooting this. It was filmed, produced, directed and edited by the amazing team at London Music Video and I hope you will enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed making it, and as much as my husband enjoyed it on our big day!
