As a Personal Trainer, just because I’m not physically with a client, doesn’t mean I’m not working. I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach when it comes to training, and my clients have different levels of fitness and different goals, so every session requires thought, structure and individual planning. For every hour of 1:1 training I deliver you can guarantee I will have put at least the same (if not more) amount of time into administration and programming of the session.
