Jordan is no exception, so in his words, I’ll let him tell you why running means so much to him, and why if you’re not a running regular, you might want to think about becoming one!

Running, something you may not yet take part in however, you may be thinking about doing so. I’m a 17-year-old athlete from West Yorkshire, England and I’m here to talk to you about the ups and the downs of running and why you may want to participate in this great sport.
So, you may be asking yourself ‘what’s the big deal about running’ well in actual fact running is a great sport to take part in; yes, you do get tired and you do ache but it’s all worth it in the end. There are different types of runners – you have your casual runners, club runners and runners who compete in events all around the world and yes what type of runner you are totally depends on the decision you make and whether you want to be a casual runner or a serious runner but nevertheless even casual runners get great benefits from running.
